Had a great time with friends here! After visiting the nearby Hull Family Home & Farmstead, we enjoyed the cozy room that had a fridge and microwave for snacks. The soft beds were a perfect end to our day exploring. Plus, the price was super budget-friendly at just $49 a night!
The only downside was that the bathroom felt a bit cramped, which might be an issue for some guests.

This was just a top selection for a rapid stop in Clarence with good value. The pillows were fluffy and surprisingly comfortable, making for a decent night’s sleep. Check the bathroom for cleanliness before settling in.

Easy check-in was appreciated after a long drive.
I felt uneasy about the overall cleanliness, especially in the bathroom, which seemed to have seen better days. My room had a highly suspect shower and occasional visits from a few flies, which was unsettling. The lack of maintenance made me worry about the safety of my stay.

The stay had a friendly owner who really cares about guests. The children's playground was a nice touch for families. Shower size felt cramped and the room needed some fresh paint. Comfortable beds made for a decent night’s sleep.

Charming old-school vibe with clean rooms, and parking right at the door—such a breeze! The friendly owner even stayed up for our late arrival. that was a nice touch! Perfect spot to crash after a long drive.
However, my shower door looked like it might have survived a zombie apocalypse! And don’t get me started on the sink—who knew warm water was a luxury?

The front desk person waited for us until midnight which was super nice and the air conditioner worked cold when we needed it, really helped us get through the night after a long day like that.
It wasn't exactly affordable but definitely reasonable given the room we got.

The room had a small refrigerator and microwave, which were super convenient for late-night snacks. The beds were clean, though they could use a bit more comfort. Unfortunate that the bathroom was pretty rundown. the shower definitely felt cramped. Parking right by the door was a bonus, making it easy to unload luggage. I loved the quick access to local fast food places like McDonald’s and Tim Horton’s nearby. The TV had a decent range of channels, but it was odd that there were no instructions provided for the remote. The staff was friendly during check-in but a little casual when it came to equipment like WiFi passwords, which felt a bit unprofessional. Overall, this place met my needs for a short stay, but it could use some upgrades in cleanliness and maintenance. The shower had a few surprises, with a spider making an appearance. Wished the sheets were fresher since there were some noticeable stains.

The stay was highlighted by an incredibly friendly owner who truly cares for guests. The cleanliness standards exceeded my expectations, and we enjoyed the comfortable beds after a day exploring nearby restaurants and attractions.
However, the aging structure could use some updates to enhance the overall experience.

I stayed in a Small Double Room for a night. The bed was super comfy and clean, which was great! The room was kind of small, but it had a fridge and microwave. The AC worked perfectly. The bathroom felt a bit cramped, but it was overall okay for a quick stay. Can't complain much, really!
